Here are some of the most common questions and answers our customers have.  But if you have a question that you don’t see here, just contact us and we’ll be happy to help.

 

How many customers do you have?

Over 30,000 (and counting), direct and through our affiliates.

 

How long will it take?

Everybody’s timeshare situation is a little different, but a good timeframe is 90 days once you decide to let us help you.  After we talk to you, we’ll be able to give you an accurate timeframe.

 

Is every resort or vacation club eligible for your services?

Unfortunately, there are a few resorts and vacation clubs we just can’t work with.  But we will be able to tell you right away if your timeshare qualifies for what we do.

 

Where do you do business?

We have customers in all 50 states and Canada.

 

Is Safe Hands Transfers a resale company or listing service?

NO!  Resale companies and listing services DON’T WORK and are a waste of your money.

 

Do I still have to pay my maintenance fees, taxes and mortgage payments?

NO!  Our services offer an IMMEDIATE change of ownership in your timeshare.  So, once you become one of our customers, you will be finished with your timeshare FOREVER.

 

Can I meet with you in person instead of over the phone?

Sure!  Give us a call and we will schedule a face-to-face appointment with one of our Account Executives.  We have them all over the Continental United States (Canada, too!) and they are happy to go over everything with you in a safe and friendly environment.

 

Is your 100% Guarantee available in writing?

We provide any customer that asks a Letter of Corporate Assurance that puts our 100% Guarantee in writing.

 

Will I lose all my points and/or weeks in my timeshare exchange?

NO!  Any points and/or weeks you have already banked with your exchange before you become our customer is yours to keep and will not be affected by our process.

 

I have a reservation booked right now at my timeshare.  Will I still be able to use it?

If you have a reservation with your resort before you become our customer, it is yours to keep and you won’t lose it.
